1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the dd9999 website, mobile web application, and all associated gambling and betting services operated under the domain https://dd9999.pro.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by dd9999.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the dd9999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's dd9999 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or welcome offers credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the dd9999 platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account on dd9999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dd9999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing dd9999 account under any name or identity. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You are not located in or a resident of a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of dd9999 or any of its software and game-provider partners.
• You are opening this account voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a cooling-off period previously requested on this or any other gambling platform.

dd9999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player does not meet or has ceased to meet the above eligibility criteria.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dd9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify dd9999's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. dd9999 may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is ongoing.

All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. dd9999 is entitled to act on instructions received through your account login session as if those instructions originated from you personally.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

dd9999 accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved methods as listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• dd9999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of any deposit as part of its fraud prevention and compliance procedures.
• Deposits credited to your account by error must be reported immediately and may be reversed by dd9999 without prior notice.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your dd9999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal request is processed. Verification requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case dd9999 will offer an alternative method at its discretion.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your account must meet their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.
• dd9999 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts transacting via bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• dd9999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dd9999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus carries its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum win caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit a bonus through systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordination with other players will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. dd9999 reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus if it determines a player has previously received it under a different account.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• dd9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotions already in progress by a Player will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of opt-in.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the dd9999 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule prevails.

• Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds (e.g., due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake) may be voided by dd9999 at its sole discretion, with the original stake returned to the Player.
• Results are determined based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). dd9999 reserves the right to delay settlement of a market until the official result has been confirmed.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant game events, technical issues, or dd9999's risk management policy. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
• For casino games, the theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available within the game's information panel. dd9999 does not modify game RTP rates.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the records held by dd9999's gaming servers shall be the definitive and final authority.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account on the dd9999 platform under any name, email address, payment method, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or unknown glitch are void.
• Colluding with other Players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of location masking.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit after funds have been used for wagering.

9. Responsible Gaming

dd9999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account from the responsible gaming section of your account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any dd9999 content without express prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dd9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any service interruption, technical failure, delayed transmission, or data corruption caused by circumstances beyond dd9999's reasonable control, including internet service failures, power outages, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Any loss resulting from reliance on information or content published on the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, whether foreseeable or not.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by dd9999's negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by dd9999.

12. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the dd9999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is used, stored, and protected.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the dd9999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dd9999 platform, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. dd9999 aims to resolve all Player disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the relevant time, constitute the entire agreement between you and dd9999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
